All About Living inc. is a market driven, not for profit organisation based in Sandgate, Qld. We have delivered in home support services in the Brisbane North Region for the past 30 years to eligible older and younger Australians under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Veterans Home Care (VHC non-clinical) and Queensland Community Support Services (QCSS). Rapid expansion and signification growth in revenue and program delivery areas now include in home support to participants in the greater Brisbane region, which include:

  • Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) clinical care
  • National Disability Insurance Services (NDIS)
  • Home Care Packages (MAC approved)
  • Private Fee for Services participants

Our strategic goal is to maximise continuity of care, delivery of high-quality services to meet participant needs, funding body quality standards and future growth opportunities. Reshaping of the clinical care team is critical to achieving these goals.

The appointment of full time Senior Registered Nurses in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, to supervise individual of Registered and Enrolled Nurses in either region, are pivotal to achieving our goals.

The roles:

If you are a dedicated team player, with proven experience of 5+ years as a Senior Registered Nurse we would like to hire you. 

Key functions of the roles include:

  • Proven experience delivering in home clinical care to Veterans and vulnerable participants.
  • Providing support, direction, orientation, and education to a team of Registered and Enrolled Nurses
  • Working collaboratively with the Community Nursing Coordinator and your local team to maximise delivery of quality community clinical care.

You will need the following qualifications and experience:

  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Proven experience delivering in home clinical care to Veterans compliant with standards and administrative processes will be highly regarded
  • National Police Check or willingness to obtain
  • Yellow Card or willingness to obtain disability worker screening clearance
  • Current First Aid Certificate for CPR, Basic Emergency Life Support and First Aid
  • Current, unrestricted Australian drivers licence with reliable, fully insured vehicle
  • Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office)
