We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Perth, WA.

About the role

You will effectively manage the administration, compliance of maintenance records, as well as:

  • Purchase order management and invoicing
  • Coordinate travel bookings
  • Book project inductions and training courses
  • Log expense claims
  • Assist with IT and onboarding requests for new starters


About you

You are customer focused and team orientated with excellent communication skills. You are a multitasker and committed to the smooth day to day running of the team on the project. To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • Solid proven experience in similar role
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite of programs
  • A high level of written and oral communication, planning and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience with formal document control systems and implementation.
