Role Description:
Due to exceptional growth we are currently looking to grow the established team by welcoming a driven, enthusiastic & experienced sales professional with knowledge of commerce technology and complex sales environments. The specialist Account Executive will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business pipeline while championing collaboration with the extended stakeholder community including Engineers, Industry Directors, Professional Services, Partners etc. Key to success in this role will be the ability to engage with prospect organisations through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.

Your Impact:
You will work closely with prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique business challenges and goals. You will consult with customers on the Salesforce Platform to evangelise outcomes using Commerce Cloud that will help individuals blaze new trails within their organisations and brands expand their market position. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.

Experience Priorities:

  • A passion for digital commerce and a customer success mindset above all else
  • Experience selling eCommerce related technology (Platforms, Payments, PIM, CMS etc)
  • Strong industry experience within the Retail and Consumer Goods verticals
  • Excellent communication skills including facilitation of: meetings (via phone or in person), presentations, business case articulation and supporting product demonstrations
  • Ability to negotiate and close complex deals at an executive level
  • History of over-achieving sales quota in past positions
  • Confidence in your ability to proactively target, engage and nurture new logo prospects
