The Role

Your role as a Sales & Service Specialist is to provide an exceptional and seamless customer experience. Taking inbound sales and service calls you will be speaking with potential and existing customers, providing information on AAMI's products and identifying insurance policies to meet our customer's needs.

Hours & Training

There are 3 x part time shift options offering a variety of hours per week:
  • Option 1: Saturday - Wednesday (start window 9am - 11am on Saturday & Sunday and 12pm - 3pm on Monday - Wednesday)
  • Option 2: Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (start window 9am - 11am on Saturday & Sunday and 12pm - 3pm on Monday - Wednesday)
If successful, you will be required to attend 6 weeks full time Monday - Friday paid training in the office at 530 Collin Street, commencing on the 25th May 2021.

To be successful you will have
  • The ability to connect with customers, lead great conversations and provide the right solutions.
  • Experience in customer focussed role and knowledge/understanding of a sales process
  • You will be comfortable working to achievable customer sales and service targets
  • Computer literacy and navigation skills
  • You must have - a phone line, internet connection, a computer or laptop with dual monitors and a quiet area, where you will not be disturbed during work hours as you will be required to work from home in this role however there will be a requirement for you to work in the office at least once a week post training.
