JOB DESCRIPTION

We have an exciting opportunity for a data and results driven marketing professional to join our national marketing and brand team as a Community Marketing Specialist (NSW/ACT).

As the Community Marketing Specialist (NSW/ACT) you will primarily be responsible for driving end to end campaign performance both at a state and local level. This is a diverse role where experience and capability across all marketing functions is desirable.

We are seeking someone who has experience in delivering local and national campaigns that stand out, and who is passionate about connecting with our teams to ensure our support is fit for purpose.

Based in our office in Alexandria, New South Wales, with work from home opportunities, we are offering a full-time permanent contract to the right candidate.

The key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Management and optimisation of our local marketing digital campaign platform, used by our 671 centres nationally.
  • Capture and use segment and event based insights to drive and inform marketing programs across Goodstart.
  • Support the development of the Goodstart marketing program to drive new family acquisition, retention and usage with a focus on NSW and ACT.
  • In partnership with the wider Experience team create an environment of co-design and collaboration across Goodstart.
  • Work with the NSW/ACT state teams to identify business challenges and opportunities within the local market.
  • Work closely with the national team of Community Marketing Specialists to leverage campaigns nationally and within a local context.
About you:
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or similar discipline
  • Experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Strong commercial acumen with sound business judgement
  • Absolute customer mindset with a strong track record in 1:1 communication using market insights and hard metrics
  • Experience managing multiple programs across a matrix organisation and still delivering a customer focused outcome
  • Experience delivering segmentation based campaigns desirable.
  • Experience developing content marketing strategies for digital assets also desirable
  • Proficient writing and copywriting skills desirable
