Are you a passionate Sales Manager with extensive experience in project sales who wants to join an award-winning multi office business and work with the best in the industry?

Our client understands the importance of helping their clients reach their property goals and aim to ensure the whole process is as simple and stress free as possible. They have built exclusive relationships with some of the best developers in Australia and have access to many sought after and award-winning projects.

With an exciting 2021 pipeline, our client is in a high growth phase and looking to bring onboard a motivational sales manager who excels at training and strategising to maximise their team's performance.

The Position

In the role of Investment Sales Manager your responsibilities will include

  • Set the sales strategy/targets/budgets and ensuring delivery
  • Identify and recruit agents into the business
  • Establish individual business plans annually for each Agent
  • Build strategies to increase brand recognition and agent profile's
  • Establish core market areas with BDA's for each agent
  • Spearhead the core values of the group being implemented and embodied
  • Conduct regular one on ones to ensure agents are on track to achieve their personal goals
  • Assist agents to grow their own teams and create EBU's
  • Conduct effective and motivating weekly meetings & training sessions
  • Work one-one-one with agents to improve their performance and skillset
  • Shadow and work closely with new emerging agents
  • Training and induction of new agents and assistants
  • Ensure all matters relating to the sales division satisfy OFT guidelines so they would be compliant with an audit
The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Manager will have:
  • A proven track record of success in Investment Project Sales roles within the real estate/property industry
  • Proven team building and leadership skills
  • Results driven and motivational with a love of coaching and developing people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to identify growth opportunities in others quickly
  • Excellent mediation skills and the ability to resolve internal and external issues seamlessly
  • A-grade time management and deadline delivery skills
