Due to internal career progression, the vacancy of Key Account Manager, Breakfast has arisen. Supporting on of our major Grocery customers AND our largest category, this is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take the next step in their career! You will provide a full service to customers, developing and implementing strategies, managing the promotional program and negotiating on plans to create win/win outcomes. You will be joining a highly successful team and targeted to achieve company volume, net sales and share objectives.

You will be a part of our success by:-

  • Assisting the National Business Manager & National Account Manager in the delivery of sales and profit target across the account
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Owning the Breakfast promotional program and ensuring the plan delivers maximum ROI and net Sales
  • Driving Breakfast volume, sales value, gross profit and market share
  • Developing new line launch plans to ensure speed to market on new lines and ongoing success
  • Building the Kellogg range and distribution within the key account
  • Working closely with the Kellogg Field Sales team to ensure best in class execution in store
We're looking for an individual who has a real passion for what they do, to develop strong relationships, someone who can support and guide others to make the best decisions. We have a large and diverse Grocery Sales team that provides the opportunity for a variety of longer-term career opportunities. We're looking for someone who sees their future in sales or associated disciplines, in return you will be provided with development and career advancement. Key experiences we're looking for include:
  • A strong career track record in the consumer-packaged goods industry, gained in either sales management, account management or field sales
  • Degree qualified with a background in retail
  • Strong negotiating skills and computer literacy are pre-requisites with sufficient proficiency in all MS Office applications as well as SAP BW & IRI
  • Oustanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong numeric skills and commercial acumen
  • Planning and execution, analysis, communication, problem solving, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and achievement oriented
