National land development business with a focus on growth and staff retention. This organisation prides themselves on their strong office culture, ability to provide career progression and up-skilling. This organising currently holds more land developments in Victoria than any other developer with the view to continue growing.

This is a great opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join a leading property developer as a Personal Assistant/Office Manager, at their offices on St Kilda Road.

Responsibilities

Playing a key support role within the business your role will be varied and include but not be limited to:
  • Personal Assistant to the Regional General Manager
  • Full diary and travel management
  • Managing email correspondence and screening calls
  • Writing and formatting reports if and when required
  • Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring the office is in a clean and suitable state at all times
  • Manage and guide the Receptionist with daily tasks and general support
  • Onboarding of new staff
  • Plan and organise internal office functions including Christmas party
  • General administration if and when required
Skills / Experience
  • At least 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant supporting an executive
  • Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
  • Real Estate or Property background is advantageous
  • Proactive, flexible approach to completion of work, good oral communication skills, including the ability to provide effective and appropriate advice and information to a variety of people
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem-solving and in exercising judgement
