Your new company
Established for over 30 years, our client is a leading distributor of health and wellbeing products within the FMCG sector. They pride themselves on a customer focused approach, representing a number of market leading brands across their range of over 3500 SKUs. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Territory Manager to join their team take over management of the South WA territory.

Your new role
As Territory Manager, you will report to Sales Manager, and be responsible for managing client relationships across a portfolio of around 70 accounts in your region, all made up of independent grocery customers. You will manage your own diary, attending client visits to ensure the highest level of service is provided while ensuring targeted sales, distribution and agreed objectives are achieved. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering gross sales and net revenue targets across your Independent Grocery clients
  • Managing your own diary, and meeting KPI's on client visits and callcycles
  • Driving 'must stock' product SKUs in line with client agreements
  • Promoting 'new product development' within your existing client portfolio to grow sales opportunity
  • Liaising with clients to promote shelf space and display deals
  • Monitoring trends and developing strategies to grow business opportunities

What you'll need to succeed
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an environment where you will have full support from a well established organisation, along with the autonomy to manage your own diary and develop your own strategies to grow sales revenue. You will have experience in a Territory Management role, focused on developing relationships with existing clients to cross and up-sell additional product ranges. Previous experience in retail or FMCG product ranges may be considered advantageous.

What you'll get in return
Full product portfolio training will be given, and you will have the opportunity to work within the fast growing health and wellness sector. Package includes a base salary of $60,000 - $65,000 plus superannuation, fully maintained company vehicle and full employee benefits.
