Your new company
This well-grounded company is looking to raise the bar of Property in Canberra and they’re fast approaching reaching the top! With a few offices across Australia, the Canberra office is known as HQ and has seen rapid growth over the last few years. Specialising in exceptional developments and residential high-rise apartment living this Developer offers the highest of standards, luxury features and extensive gardens. One of their newest developments includes a brand-new Hotel and we’re seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to strategize the opening and day-to-day running of this part of their business.

Your new role
The successful candidate shall be responsible for the day to day operations which includes staff training, business development and implementation and maintaining administration systems so the Hotel is prepared for when it opens its doors soon! Other responsibilities include:

  • End to end guest experience management
  • Manage, coordinate and oversee the complete operations of the hotel, including Front Office and Housekeeping department team and tasks
  • Bring in best practice and innovative concepts to operate in a successful environment
  • Financial management and monthly reporting to the Owner and Head of Operations
  • Implementation of systems and procedures to ensure effective day to day running of the Hotel
