Goodstart is looking for a professional and customer focused Receptionist. As the first point of contact for Goodstart you will provide exceptional customer service for all incoming calls and greeting visitors.

We are offering a part time permanent position, 20 hours per week. We will require you to be available Monday-Friday 1pm-5pm. The role is based at our newly renovated Head Office in Murarrie

About the role:

  • General administration tasks
  • Promptly attend to incoming telephone calls, forward calls to appropriate staff members, and accurately record and distribute messages when required staff members are unavailable
  • Greet visitors and ensure that the Visitors Register is maintained.
  • Maintain a high level of professional integrity at all times.
  • Arrange meeting room bookings as required.
  • Arrange taxis as required for centre support staff and visitors.
  • Maintain the front office/reception area ensuring that it is kept clean and tidy at all times.
To be successful in the role you will have:
  • 5-7 years senior reception/office management experience in a large, multi-site, service-related organisation.
  • Previous working experience with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Minimum 2 years phone / switch board experience for large sized organisations
