As we continue to expand our teams and domains at Klarna Australia, our talent acquisition team is looking to hire an additional Recruiter to own the entire recruitment process. You'll be working closely with hiring managers and the teams you're hiring into. You'll play a key role in helping shape the organisation's future by collaborating with colleagues across the company to consistently identify and attract brilliant people.

Depending on your preference and our needs, you could be recruiting Sales, Finance, Engineers, Customer Service, Product, Designers or Marketing professionals, driving the entire process from sourcing and screening to closing top talent, working together with hiring managers to improve the way we do things. You'll get to spend lots of time with the teams you recruit for; attending stand-ups, running sourcing sessions and coming up with new ideas for attracting talent.

  • You're able to source, interview and close top talent.
  • You're a great story teller, with an ability to inspire and motivate people to join Klarna.
  • You're comfortable owning the relationship with hiring teams; advising, influencing and challenging when needed.
  • You care deeply about providing a fantastic candidate experience for everyone.
  • You have a desire to learn, constantly; only you can set your limits for growth!
You'll have
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate talent acquisition setting in an agency or in house environment across a broad range of role types.
  • A flexible mindset, always willing to adapt and change.
Bonus points for
  • Sales recruitment experience (with an existing network in the fintech space)!
