PC Ability is a new and dynamic National NDIS Allied Health Provider. We deliver industry leading and refreshing Therapeutic Support and Exercise Physiology Services. We are seeking expressions of interest from Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists in Adelaide to join our team. We are growing Australia-wide and welcome submissions from allied health professionals who are authentic in their approach and genuinely want to make a difference.

We would also like to hear from Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist contractors in Adelaide seeking additional contracting hours.

This position involves:

  • Managing a portfolio of participants, and completing therapeutic / exercise physiology support services.
  • Assessing participants functional capacity including physical and psychological abilities through clinical assessment.
  • Using clinical skills and professional opinion to develop participant centred goals specific to the client’s circumstances.
  • Provide best practice evidence-based support services that increase participants life skills and independence.
  • Conduct assessment and provide recommendations to successfully adapt environments for participants including the provision of assistive technology.

About you:
  • Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, (with relevant AHPRA or ESSA membership);
  • Minimum 1 year experience in delivering person-centred NDIS services;
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain);
  • Current driver license and vehicle (vehicle use reimbursement is provided);
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Excellent time management;
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving;
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
