The Company

u&u have been engaged by a leading business and category leaders within in their respective areas with the entire category worth ~$850mil. This business is going through an exciting transformation culminating in aggressive growth plans and further dominance of the market.

The Role

Reporting into a highly capable and collaborative Marketing Manager, you will manage and lead the masterbrand strategy and brand equity whilst also being responsible for the innovation pipeline and activation.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive long term strategy;
  • Ensure long term profitability is maximised through comprehensive brand planning and category thinking;
  • Ensure all channel and customer sales teams are set up for success; and
  • Lead, manage, coach and nurture one highly capable Brand Manager.
About you
  • Strong growth mindset, seeking out new opportunities;
  • Collaborative leader with the ability to bring multiple stakeholders on the journey;
  • Previous experience in brand planning and brand strategy; and
  • 6 years’ experience working in Brand Management, with experience in managing direct reports.
