THE TEAM

The National Sales and Service Engagement Centre is the Customer hub for Coca Cola Amatil Australia comprising of up to 165 employees. The Centre is an inbound/ outbound omnichannel contact centre.

This team are responsible for unlocking growth through selling, delivering exceptional customers service through inspiring and developing an Elite Employee Culture.

THE ROLE

The Role as Communications Specialist is responsible for writing, distributing all communication across the centre whilst driving key engagement initiatives. This acts as a liaison between the centre, all functions and departments across the Australian in enabling us to unlock growth and drive exceptional customer service for all customer and consumers who make contact through our multi-channel functions - Email, Phone, Chat. This role is responsible in ensuring our centres specialists are fully equipment with the most up to date effective communication to drive a First Contact Resolution. The Role will also incorporate co-ordinating the centres operations and administrative tasks. The Communications Specialist reports to the Transformation and Operations Manager who leads and manages the Transformation and Operations team for Coca-Cola Contact Centre in Australia, based in North Sydney, NSW.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead all communication for the centre through continuously improved communication streams/templates.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders and management to develop and implement effective communications.
  • Create customer experience communication scripting for multi-channel comms
  • Maintaining the centre Org Charts, Workplace groups & Distribution lists.
  • Administration of Instructional & Educational videos for training and process improvements
  • Communication at all levels through NSC platforms such as Workplace, Group Emails, F2F & other communication mediums.
  • Manage New Product Development communication for NSC.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team and extended Leadership team for all communication streams & updates relating to NSC.
  • Driving engagement of NSC teams via corporate communication channels.
  • Lead the engagement initiatives for the centre in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Be the conduit for the centre for all resources and supplies liaising with internal and external suppliers.
  • Coordination of all leadership meetings and minute taking.
  • Plan all events for the centre.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL NEED
  • A bachelor's degree in communications and media highly desirable
  • Proven ability in Change Management desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced in Powerpoint and Presenting
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Proven ability to organise, plan and prioritise with minimal guidance
  • Needs to be fast paced and be able to manage multiple Priorities.
  • Builds and maintains exceptional stakeholder rapport and relationship
  • Proven ability to document business requirements.
  • Analytical, and problem-solving skilled and be very detail oriented.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work with minimal direction and be very flexible to coordinate complex activities that are often subject to rapid or extensive changes.
