Come join the Australian Marketing Team as a leader for our SMB segment. Play a strategic role in our dynamic team to win over the hearts and minds of Australian SMBs by fueling their growth.

Working closely with the Australian Marketing Director, you and your team will oversee the development and deployment of initiatives including acquisition, client engagement and product marketing. You will work closely with peers in the marketing organization, with our local product teams as well as with the SMB segment sales leaders and their teams to ensure the successful execution of our plans.

  • Co-develops and drives the execution of the 1 and 3-year marketing plan for the Australian SMB marketing segment
  • Manages a team of marketers
  • Owns the business outcomes for their marketing programs and manages to the budgets for their area
  • Influences and drives alignment of cross-functional teams
  • Identifies big insights by synthesizing inputs from multiple data sources to unlock growth opportunities; develops business cases and plans to support
  • Leverages customer insights to influence product roadmap
  • Drives the creation of clear and differentiated go-to-market based on product offerings value proposition
  • Creates and executes high impact, multichannel campaigns that leverage all possible channels to meet the business needs, including innovative promotions, events, analytics and learning plan in collaboration with cross functional teams and agencies
  • Incorporates digital best practices end-to-end for SaaS offerings, including their use in acquisition, conversion, retention levers and advocacy
  • Maintains a visible presence in relevant marketing forums, including Social Media, internal and industry groups, and networking events
  • Influences across teams, consistently communicates and influences across all levels up to Executive to achieve results
  • Bachelor's degree or certificate; English, business, and marketing majors preferred
  • Accounting and/or Bookkeeping background + experience in the software as a service industry is Fintech marketing acumen comes as a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful people leadership, managing team of marketers and driving end-to-end results
  • Holistic multi-year marketing experience including g. product marketing, CRM, In Product Discovery, Paid Search, Display, Email, Affiliates, etc
