Job Description

  • Full-time | Permanent role | Sydney based
  • Strong program/project delivery experience
  • Experience in RPA tools (Automation anywhere / UI Path / Blue Prism / Pega)

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to evangelise Robotics and Automation within the Westpac Group and enable all business units to achieve their goals using this capability.

How will I help?
You will be a key member leading a high performing team focused on Robotic Automation projects delivery across the group managing conflicting priorities and the pipeline of work. You will be responsible for financial management, reporting and optimizing processes and involved in the estimation and scoping of projects.

Your customers will be BU transformation teams and you will maintain end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence within your assigned domain. With your previous demonstrated experience in Project delivery this is a great opportunity to work in an agile team with a start-up mentality.

What do I need?
  • Demonstrated experience of Robotic Automation Process delivery across legacy IT systems, application teams and IT processes;
  • Extensive delivery experience in a large and complex organisation primarily in the financial services industry
  • Ability to communicate with senior management and broad stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering iteratively into large Programs of work;
  • Successful delivery via dispersed development team;
  • Experience in running scrums & agile ways of working;
