Staying ahead of the game on the latest management thinking and cutting edge technology, the team is broad and encompasses areas from talent acquisition, to human resources and more.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager in our Financial Advisory Team your impact will be seen by providing recommendations and solutions covering specific areas of Talent Acquisition, including:

  • Identifying resourcing gaps across Financial Advisory that need to be resources; through identification need to work with the partnergroup to understand which form of workforce type is best suited (causal, perm, fixed term or contingent) as well as articulating the value of different assessment tools to stakeholders; interpreting assessment reports and providing appropriate data to Team Leader
  • Exploring alternatives and positions with candidate to reach agreements that gain candidates commitment; builds common ground and preserves rapport and Supporting candidates through onboarding, working with our offshore team and the business to update on start times, ensure all equipment is ready, they are enrolled in induction and the candidate feels supported throughout their first steps joining PwC.
  • Educating and advises others on Talent Acquisition policies, best practice, employment laws and regulations, including relevant operational, technology and compliance risks
  • Building credibility and trust with senior leaders as a TA partner; demonstrating courage in challenging thinking, creating healthy debate to pressure test ideas, challenging assumptions and presents alternative TA solutions
  • Leading and guiding others to develop capability and fully utilise current and emerging technology (i.e. Workday, LinkedIn, Google+) to deliver high value Talent Acquisition outcomes

About you

You are an experienced Talent Acquisition Manage with understanding the talent needs required to execute current functional strategy; applies knowledge of workforce forecasts into stakeholder interactions to inform hiring decisions.

You have strong knowledge of functional areas business model, operations, financial goals and competitive position and uses understanding of PwC’s position in the labor market, including EVP perception, to develop sourcing strategies and influence stakeholder expectations; articulates what competitors are doing and how they are perceived.

In addition, you have an experience in creating and maintaining pipelines of high quality and engaged talent for future roles based on area forecasting and budgets, assesses where inefficiencies and bottlenecks are situated in the TA process and how to raise awareness of of them and uses TA data to support decisions and recommend practical action steps. You hold a Bachelor level qualification in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related field
