We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated administration extraordinaire to join our busy and successful Recruitment team in Coffs Harbour.

The purpose of this position is to provide a range of recruitment co-ordination and administration services in support of the recruitment process and the recruitment team. This is a busy role that requires liaising with both clients and candidates daily, therefore your outstanding customer service focus and the ability to juggle competing priorities, handle pressure positively with a proactive attitude, and work well autonomously is essential to truly succeed in this role.

What will you bring to the role?

  • 3+ years in an administration role (payroll and/or HR preferred) with an understanding of invoicing processes.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Candidate management including, onboarding, reference checking and post-placement management
  • Customer service including resolving general enquiries and payroll issues
  • A variety of administration using Microsoft Office and internal database
  • Experience working in an administrative environment performing tasks to meet deadlines whilst maintaining and promoting confidentiality
  • Break information into components, patterns and relationship, probing for further information or a greater understanding
  • Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with others
