Development Manager – Communities – 12 months Contract

Lendlease is a leading international property and infrastructure group with operations in Australia, Asia, Europe and the Americas. Our vision is to create the best places; places that inspire and enrich the lives of people around the world. The Communities business is renowned for designing safe, welcoming communities with world class facilities for people to live, work, learn and play. Our places combine appealing architecture and vibrant urban spaces with parks, waterways and leafy streetscapes.

Our people are the greatest contributors to our success and underpin our ability to create innovative and sustainable communities.

An exciting opportunity has arisen where we require a Development Manager to join our Communities development team, working on key matters on the Bingara Gorge project as well as the broader project portfolio in NSW.

Based at our Parramatta office, as Development Manager you will play a key role in the delivery of this large masterplanned community through demonstrated experience in the complete development cycle; including but not limited to development brief preparation, design management, planning, marketing, sales, procurement, delivery, settlements, hand-over and customer service.

Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, as the Development Manager you will be tertiary qualified in Development, Planning, Property Economics or a related field and have demonstrated experience in land development and/or master planned residential development delivery. A pro-active self-start attitude coupled with strong commercial acumen is essential; strong communication skills and a collaborative nature consistent with developing and maintaining relationships across internal and external development functional teams is required to achieve results.
