Our customer-centric solution offers simpler and faster access to governmenttransactions through our digital channels, a 24/7 phone service and anexpanding network of Service Centres.
We currently partner with more than 50 agencies to offer in excess of 1,000 NSWGovernment transactions including driver licences, vehicle registrationrenewals, applications for birth certificates, Senior Cards, Housing NSWpayments, fines, contractor licences and many more.

About the role:

As the Service Centre Manager, you will be managing the day to day operationsof a diverse team dedicated to delivering resources to the community. You willhave a strong customer orientated mindset and demonstrated capability to drive,motivate and inspire a team in an ever-changing environment whilst leadingcustomer satisfaction.

To be successful you willhave:

•Proven experience leading, coaching and managing a team to deliver effective,efficient and quality customer outcomes whilst driving customer satisfaction.
•Ability to promote a collaborative and ethical culture with a real commitmentto deliver best customer outcomes.
•Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise conflicting tasks whilstmaintaining quality service standards.
•Able to balance and utilise team skills effectively to manage competingdemands and deliver services in a rapidly changing environment following bestpractices.
•Demonstrated experience managing and exceeding customer expectations. Able toidentify trends and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Salary:

The package includes the basesalary range of ($99,906 to $120,555), plus employer's contribution tosuperannuation and annual leave loading.
