About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused, motivated professional to join the North Western Area Command, and provide valuable support to Rural Fire Districts across the North West region.

Based in Tamworth, we are seeking a People and Business Coordinator with exceptional interpersonal skills to join our inclusive and collaborative team; delivering services to all levels of the organisation, including human resources, project management, procurement, and business planning.

You must meet the following essential requirements:

  • A Diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent expertise.
  • A current drivers licence and the ability to travel.
  • During periods of major fire activity, the incumbent may be required to support operational management activities consistent with their skills and background.
