The Company

Our client is one of Australia's leading providers of business and financial advisory services for individuals, families, business owners and organisations. They are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Client Services Assistant to come and join the team on a temporary basis for the next 2-4 weeks.

The Role

Reporting to the Accounts Manager this role will have a range of duties, responsibilities including:

  • Ad HOC assistance to the Executive Assistant
  • Managing the switchboard, emails, mail and couriers
  • General Reception duties, Office maintenance

Your Profile

You will have experience in Reception/Client Services/Customer Service

You will have experience using a Switchboard

You will have the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively

You will be immediately available to commence work

You will have exception attention to detail
