Job Description

Apex Logistics Solution is a national logistics and freight transfer service provider headquartered in Melbourne with centres across multiple locations in Australia. We are currently seeking skilled and experienced business analysts to assist in our expanding operations.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently surveying product/service offerings by competing businesses and comparing the Firm’s offerings across a few criteria
  • Identifying areas of areas of improvement in the Firm’s offerings compared with the finest prototype across the industry
  • Identifying industry best practices and tools to help improve the Firm’s operations
  • Analysing the Firm’s products/services and recommending feature improvements to overcome recurrent challenges
  • Identifying new ways to optimise the Firm’s operations
  • Surveying the market for more cost effective alternatives to the resources employed by the Firm 
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with business associates
  • Preparing business reports to inform the Firm’s management regarding business performance across a range of different metrics

Requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1- 2 years graduate (or equivalent) work experience
  • Technology savvy
  • Working knowledge of popular business software solutions
  • Resilience, adaptability and meticulousness
  • Great time management and organisation skills

  • Strong commercial/business acumen
