In this role, the successful contractor will help define the end to end process for sales led customer activities, including and not restricted to Training and Certification focused customer events. Key to success for this role will be navigating the existing mechanisms, delivery processes, supporting tools and goals, to define and validate an efficient, effective and sustainable approach to customer activities as a key part of the Training & Certification GTM model. A key component in how the Marketing and Sales teams work most effectively together to deliver a seamless and simple customer experience, and how we measure success (ROI) for the sales-led events. They will implicitly earn trust internally focusing on building operating models amongst Operations, Training and T&C Field Marketing organizations. They will have a functional understanding of how events are built and deployed through various webinar platforms with the reporting, structure and mindset to demonstrate the impact to the business in partnership with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include:
· Work with T&C Sales, Operations and Marketing teams to define the end to end process for delivery of training events, focusing primarily on definition of the sales-led events but with a view to streamlining, simplifying and gaining efficiencies across both Marketing and Sales-led event activities
· Look for opportunities to invent and simplify the delivery process, whether events be Sales- or Marketing-led
· Define the Sales-led event strategy, event opportunity evaluation criteria, for which sales-led events are prioritized and validated as appropriate as mass scale events
· Design the processes to schedule, build, execute, evaluate and measure the success (ROI) of mass scale events
· Build/Validate the RACI and capacity plan for sales-led event execution
· Define sustainable reporting cadences on aspects such as attendance, C-Sat and engagement


· Experience in defining customer centric strategies
· Experience in process definition and mapping, including simplification for efficiency, scale and growth
· Experience with set-up/update of activity metrics reporting and/or with reporting on event delivery impacts to measure success (ROI)
· Project management / high organizational skills
· Ability to work independently
· Execution-minded
· Comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations and drive decisions
