We’re seeking applications from experienced, efficient and self-motivated administration professionals to join our team based at Carrington on a part time basis 16 hours per week over 2 days. Days of work will be negotiable

The successful applicant will also need to be available up to 5 days per week to cover leave for other administration officers

As one of our Administration Officers, you will have exceptional customer service skills, high attention to detail and superior computer skills. The main focus will be performing administration tasks, including but not limited to

About the Role

What you will be doing…

  • Data Entry - updating and maintaining documentation and databases.
  • General administrative duties including but not limited to filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning.
  • Reception - greet and assist visitors, answer busy phones and direct calls, respond to inquiries, manage the flow of incoming calls and staff/visitors in the office.
  • Ad hoc tasks as required.

About You

What you will need to succeed….

  • Relevant experience (min 2years) or qualification in administration management or similar area.
  • Possess strong administrative, computer literacy including Excel and database skills.
  • Capacity to be organised and focus on meeting deadlines while ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail are maintained.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of and/or experienced in the aged care industry.
  • Flexibility to meet the needs of a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Ability to take on information quickly, take action and adapt to change.
  • Current valid NSW Drivers Licence.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal Record Check
