You are an ambitious, goal-oriented personality with a strong ownership mindset. You communicate plans clearly and convince others effectively - you embrace feedback and love to make it happen. This role reports directly to the Finance Manager of Australia and New Zealand. The location of this role is in Dandenong, about 29km south-east of Melbourne.

Your responsibilities:
  • Provide sales performance analysis and market insights to Cluster Head of Finance and Controlling and other functional heads in Cluster as sparring partner
  • Increase management benefit of sales controlling while reducing organisational costs
  • Analysis and presentation of profitability metrics for customers, distribution channels and product portfolio
  • Creation of variance analysis, target versus actual comparisons and development with preparation of recommended actions
  • Regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis as well as preparation of management presentations
  • Coordination of sales planning and forecasting processes
  • Monitoring market developments in the relevant sectors and markets
  • Support of pricing governance with required pricing methods, tools and analysis
  • Support of product launch and strategic marketing projects
  • Collaboration in efficiency and Lean Admin projects
  • Cost control for Selling and admin function
  • Local SIP policy
  • Control on AR, Overdue and FG stock

Your profile:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales controlling in an international environment
  • Bachelor's or Master`s degree or similar with major in Finance/Controlling
  • Fluency in English
  • Profound knowledge of sales controlling methodologies, procedures and tools with respective track record
  • Very high analytical and reasoning ability
  • Solid strategic marketing knowledge (Market segmentation, market quantification, generation of insights)
  • Good strategic (e.g. value-based pricing) and tactical pricing knowledge (price getting & setting), methods and tools (e.g. price-volume mix, customer margin contribution analysis, price band and price waterfall)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong influencing skills
  • Solid commitment to delivering results
