Our Marsh Business is on an exciting period of growth and expansion and as a result, we have a number of openings for Sales Executives to join our teams across the country.

In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with prospective customers, building and maintaining strong and effective networks and relationships in order to generate business and increase revenue. You will be managing and developing accounts, utilising up-sell and cross-sell products and services in order to maximise profitability.

What can you expect?

  • An opportunity to generate business and increase revenue by cultivating and qualifying prospect relationships including key contacts and financial data
  • Along with the MMC Resource Centre, you will conduct target market and industry research in conjunction to support and drive sales activity
  • You will utilise your sales expertise in identifying prospect requirements and demonstrating effectively the advantages of our solutions to meet the client’s needs
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and new ways to streamline our process and drive growth
  • Lead the development and delivery of proposals and presentations to prospects in order to articulate our understanding of specific risk issues and how our solutions and services can address specific issues

  • Possess and maintain Tier 1 Broking qualification or willingness to undertake this qualification
  • Admission as a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker by the National Insurance Brokers Association of Australia
