We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to work alongside a Federal Government Agency as an Administrative Support Officer. This position will be APS4 equivalent.

The Role:

As Administrative Support Officer, you will provide specialist and administrative support in the following areas:

  • Court liaison and diary management
  • Executive support and regional liaison
  • Business and litigation systems support
  • Records management
Responsibilities include:
  • Working under limited supervision to organise workflow
  • Undertake a range of legal administration activities on behalf of Federal Prosecutors
  • Utilise a range of administrative, legal and practice management systems to analyse and manage cases
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on moderately complex operational and administrative matters and resolve moderately complex enquiries
  • Respond to routine enquiries
  • Research and analyse data and evaluate information sources
About You

You will present with a high level of personal resilience and have the ability to deal with high workload demands.
As Administrative Support Officer, you will have:
  • Advanced MS Office Suite
  • The ability to build rapport and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A high attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
