About You

You are looking for flexible working hours, across a variety of Out of Home Care, Support and Supervisory based programs. You're passionate about supporting and empowering young people. You have experience and knowledge of working with young people who have a history of trauma.

We Are Seeking Support Workers That Have
  • Worked in a supervisory capacity to young people in Out of Home Care programs or in Community access and transport.
  • A strong understanding of Trauma informed care and practice.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team, following support and management plans.
  • A flexible can-do attitude with the ability to quickly form positive relationships in new settings.
  • Flexible availability with the ability to say "Yes!" at short notice to same day ASAP shifts.
  • The availability to work overnights, both actively and sleeping over is highly advantageous - with attractive penalty rates included.


Successful Applicants Must Have
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree qualification in Youth Work, Social Work, Psychology, or similar
  • Any relevant top up units as required by legislation
  • Minimum 6 months sector experience
  • Legal right to work in Australia
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Current Police Check (or willing to undertake) & International Police Check if required
  • Victorian Driver Licence
