As a Business Advisor in our Workforce Solutions team your impact will be seen by:

  • Creating and maintaining a dynamic workforce plan (including collaboration with recruitment, contingent workforce desk and our resource management offshore team).
  • Partnering closely with counterparts in other business units to provide business insight and analysis to support decision making and strategic sourcing of talent across all workforce types
  • Collaborating with skill Group leaders to ensure appropriate workforce supply takes into consideration talent available through avenues outside of the local means and meets the needs of future demand.
  • Being an integral part in digitising and offshoring processes across the Workforce Solutions team. This includes championing offshore usage within our team and highlighting opportunities for best practice process efficiencies through use of technology.
  • Coaching and developing direct reports within the Workforce Solutions team. Play a proactive role in driving the strong team culture and collaboration within the team.

About you

You have a background in resource management, workforce planning or talent management and are skilled in use of resourcing systems (TalentLink, Workday, Salesforce are desired) and have a background in resourcing across a consulting environment.

This role requires someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to their stakeholders, solving complex problems and has a commercial mindset.
