About the role

The Product Coordinator is responsible for the administrative and analytical support to the Product Team to ensure the development and growth of Journey Beyond’s holiday program. This is a hands on position responsible day-to-day tasks to support the efforts of a variety of projects, campaigns, trainings, and events. You could be tracking holiday packages, assisting in creation of collateral, to being the first point on contact in our travel centre for suppliers.

About you

You are a master of juggling multiple projects, have excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for the travel industry. Computer skills and your ability to produce spreadsheets, reports, power point presentations is couple with outstanding administration and communication skills. You thrive in a fast paced working environment and can work both independently and collaboratively as a team player within a dynamic organisation. It is likely you will have tertiary qualifications in travel and tourism industry and a minimum 2 years post graduate experience.
