Our client is experiencing significant growth and require several Accounts Processing Officers to join their team immediately. This will have a possible ongoing opportunity for the right individual. This is paying $28.87 per hour plus super.

Our client provides financial services to NDIS participants who choose to ‘plan-manage’ their funding.

This is to support people to choose service providers, set an annual budget and pay service provider invoices. This role may deal with more complex matters.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Establish the highest standards of customer service across your team, ensuring that complaints and issues are addressed as a priority
  • Process provider invoices and client reimbursements in accordance with MPM policies and procedures
  • Resolve discrepancies and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Re-assign tickets to appropriate area on a timely basis
  • Update customer/provider information in MPM databases
  • Prepare, scan and upload invoices received via email
  • Attend and contribute to MPM team meetings and training sessions
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
  • Undertake ongoing self-learning in relation to NDIS, the national service provider landscape and issues and challenges facing people with a disability

Knowledge and Skills:
Previous experience in a data entry or clerical role is essential, or at least 6-12 months experience as Accounts Processing officer.

Demonstrated ability to:
Perform data entry with speed, accuracy and high attention to detail
Communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms
Deliver an exceptional customer centric experience.

This position would require both a Working with Children Check and the NDIS worker check.
