Are you considering an office career? Passionate about providing exceptional customer service?

Maxima, in partnership with Prochem, are currently looking for a motivated individual to undertake a business traineeship as a Customer Service Representative.

Across 12-months you will be working fulltime, gaining hands-on experience whilst studying to gain a nationally accredited Certificate III in Business to kickstart your business future.

This role will see you being on the frontline of customer interactions, supporting the daily functions of product delivery, to ensure all clients receive high quality service.

Duties:

  • Respond to incoming enquiries and escalate where necessary
  • Act as a first point of contact for all requests, queries, and support
  • Generation of quotes
  • Track and follow-up product shipments
  • Ordering of products or supplies
  • Data entry
  • Additional administrative duties as requested
