We have a current requirement for an experienced Stores Person for an Oil and Gas client, SOR Perth.

  • On-going-month assignment paying $34ph flat, all hours
  • Working 9 hours a day; Monday to Friday


  • Ensure warehouse/workshop is clean and tidy and all WHS requirements are being met
  • Organisation of warehouse/workshop to best utilise the space while maintaining high QA standards
  • Monitor usage of various workshop consumables and re-order as needed.
  • Monitor waste bins and arrange collection from AFP contractors as needed.
  • Develop, maintain and monitor KPI's to manage day to day activities
  • Inventory management - ensure accurate record of what we have in stock (monthly stock take)
  • Re-order management - prepare lists for re-order based on sales and usage
Handling goods inwards
  • Acceptance of goods delivered to be true and correct as per delivery docket
  • Contacting suppliers to arrange for goods to be returned for credit if goods are oversupplied, incorrect or unused.
  • Informing project engineers and workshop staff of deliveries
Handling goods outwards
  • Packaging of goods acceptable to client and AFP standards
  • Updating ERP system and sending delivery docket and the Customer purchase order specific documentation as required
Organising transport
  • Finding the most suitable way to move goods from and to our workshop based on price and delivery time
Purchase orders
  • Raise and send purchase orders
  • Expedite goods as required

To be successful we require the following:

  • Experienced Stores/Logistics professional with current LF licence
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Available to start ASAP, potential for ongoing
  • Competent in completing site inductions / online applications / paperwork
