What you will be doing

As the Client Services Manager you will be working with client briefs , a project managing the timeline to delivery. You will be analysing and reporting on promotional outcomes making strategic recommendations for improvement .You will conduct regular meetings with the key stakeholders of the client and also proactively identify areas of business development within existing clients .

Other key responsibilities include:

  • High level of professional project management
  • Manage financial aspects of the client relationship including quotations, invoicing and margins
  • Work proactively with all internal team members

What you can offer
