The Company

A great opportunity exists for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join a leading land development business. Our client has vast experience in establishing strong community living and creating the perfect home. The ideal person will be responsible for efficient reception operation and will provide general office assistance and support to the Office Manager and other teams.

The Role

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all incoming calls and taking thorough messages
  • Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing all office supplies and documentation
  • Scheduling and managing meetings
  • Maintaining stationary/stock inventory
  • Ensure office is consistently neat, tidy and organised
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Preparing and verifying invoices
  • Managing phone and project allocation lists

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Reception
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Suite knowledge and proven experience
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills 0
  • Proactive and flexible approach to completion of work
  • Ability to work autonomously and to build exceptional rapport internally and externally
  • Friendly and professional disposition and strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Articulate phone manner
