We're looking for a professional Helpdesk Support Technician with a strong customer focus to support our national internal branches.

Be part of a friendly, small but growing IT Team and work closely together through various projects and tasks.

Our modern headquarter’s in Melbourne CBD. Currently the IT team are working remotely and visiting the office where required, providing a modern remote working opportunity.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide direct desktop support to internal users
  • Monitor and respond to email and phone requests
  • Maintain VOIP phone system
  • Provide support for remote users
  • Escalate issues to appropriate members of the IT team
  • Document processes, procedures and support references
  • Ordering hardware/software and other equipment from various suppliers
  • Scheduling and logistics for National equipment used for assessment centres and staff throughout Australia
  • Maintain mobile phone fleet
  • Maintain and support national laptops (used for onsite assessment centres)
  • Monitor and maintain antivirus and backup systems
  • Ensuring server/communications room is kept clean

What will you bring as a Graduate Helpdesk Technician:
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think logically
  • Strong customer focus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and have exceptional people skills

It would be desirable to have the following:
  • Working with computers, networks and VoIP solutions
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Terminal servers 2008-2016, Exchange 2013, Office 365 management
  • Experience in writing user and technical documentation
