Our client is 30 years strong, selling iconic Australian outdoor leisure goods with over 3,000 product lines in their range. They are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their sales administration team.

In this role you will manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service process, maintaining company procedure standards while providing an outstanding level of customer service both internally and externally.

Responsibilities are but not limited to.

  • Filing of sales order forms
  • Collating information and reporting
  • Customer service enquiries -returns, lost parcels, incorrect goods dispatched
  • Customer pickups - register & follow up
  • Attend Meetings - daily & weekly as you will report on your department
  • Data entry-sales order entry as well back-order release

Responsibilities will change significantly with the seasons and workload so you must be someone who can think on their feet, have a sense of urgency to resolve matters, be able to adapt and enjoy working in a versatile environment.
