JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you ready to take your real estate career to the next level? We are looking for an energetic, customer-centric salesperson with a strong passion for real estate, impeccable time management skills, and a high level of attention to detail. This opportunity is ideal for a hungry and motivated sales enthusiast who is looking to immerse themselves in the field and learn from one of the best in the industry. You will have worked within the industry or within a customer facing role having received ongoing training.

Applicants must be confident communicators who are driven by targets and are focussed on the objectives of their position. This opportunity requires the candidate to work every Saturday, with a rostered day off during the week. It is ideal that this candidate has a Real Estate Sales certificate or is already in the process of completing.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Buyer management;
  • Conducting open homes and private inspections;
  • Attending photoshoots, staging appointments, building and pest, valuations and pre-settlement inspections;
  • Prospecting and prospecting administration (inclusive of occasional letterbox dropping);
  • Provision of weekly vendor reports;
  • Database management;
  • Coordinating client bookings and meetings; and
  • General administration where required.

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

  • Current QLD Driver’s License and suitable vehicle;
  • Real Estate Sales Certificate or in the process of obtaining one;
  • Experience in a customer facing industry;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Experience within the industry would be highly advantageous.
