About you:

Reporting into the General Manager - QLD, you will have a passion for Human Resources & Recruitment, whilst working within a supportive, high performing and cohesive team environment. Join a team who have a wealth of knowledge and experience whilst also being given ample training and guidance as you develop and nurture your career within a rewarding industry.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Pre-screening candidates over the phone
  • Writing and posting job ads
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
  • Writing correspondence and rejection letters/emails
  • Updating and maintaining our database and candidate files
  • Support to our consultants
  • Assisting with Payroll enquiries

Required skills and experience needed to get your opportunity at PERSOLKELLY:

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills (word & excel)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to multitask and follow procedure
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Demonstrate a passion for sales - building and nurturing long lasting relationships
