Day To Day Your Core Responsibilities Will Include

This firm a seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join their team in the head office on a part-time basis. This is a permanent positon working monday to friday with reduced hours.

  • Managing incoming calls and directing them accordingly
  • Greeting face-to-face arrivals to the reception area
  • Ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy
  • Ensuring the boardroom and meeting rooms are clean and tidy
  • Building rapport with clients and handling sensitive calls

In order to be successful in this role, candidates must be able to demonstrate:

  • MUST have proven experience as a Corporate Receptionist
  • Experience liaising and building rapport with clients and other external parties
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • The confidence to work autonomously but also within a team
  • A friendly and personable disposition
