Job Description

This role presents a great opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Inside Sales Team Lead who will manage and grow our Inside Sales Team (ISR). The Inside Sales Team Lead's goal will be to generate new Hovermap sales by creating, developing and closing opportunities for through both a direct/distributed reseller sales model.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train and optimize a team of ISRs responsible for inbound, outbound and partner created sales engagements.
  • Set and track sales targets for the Inside Sales teams
  • Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results through ongoing coaching and development
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sakes and Customer Success leadership to generate and close opportunities.
  • Leverage metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance
  • Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
  • Oversee usage of team systems including Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success leadership to ensure success of online and event driven marketing campaigns
  • Represent Emesent at events, tradeshows and customer sites
Essential
  • Demonstrable successful track record of sales in Inside Sales or Field Sales
  • Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions
  • Experience working in our channel, enterprise or commercial sales divisions
  • Will be required to travel 20% of the time ensuring balanced coverage between Emesent teams
  • Ability to hire and develop talent into high performing inside sales reps with a future in field sales or leadership.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with groups that influence our ability to grow and achieve i.e. marketing, product management/engineering, sales operations, presales, and the channel.
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders (regional managers, channel leaders, partners etc)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Solid working knowledge of managing business with HubSpot
  • A strong desire to be an influential leader on a winning team
  • Ability to forecast accurately

  • Operated within the LiDAR, asset performance management, digital twin or drone space;
  • Been part of a business going through significant change and growth;
  • Presented at C-suite level
  • Start-up and scaling a team
  • Command of Enterprise Sales Methodologies
  • Social Media knowledge including LinkedIn (Sales Navigator)
