Job Description

OMG is looking for a detailed customer-service focused individual with a keen attention to detail to support our client operations. As a Client Maintenance Officer, you will be Integral in the handling of client applications and amendments and to assist the client facing teams in liaising with the end clients as they begin and progress their relationship with OMG.

Key accountabilities

  • Review and categorise documentation received from clients (electronic as well as physical) regarding the static setup and maintenance of their accounts with OpenMarkets
  • Liaise with our client contact teams to advise of deficiencies or areas requiring clarification from the clients, and to educate the internal teams as to why It's needed
  • An understanding of the different relationships we have with our clients either directly or under our white-labelled Intermediary business, and the different requirements set as a result
  • Have general knowledge of the stockbroking industry and how our clients' trading goals require us to be swift, precise and efficient with the way we help them get to the stage of being able to trade on the market
  • Apply AML and KYC knowledge to assess the validity of client documentation and to escalate any queries or concerns as appropriate
  • Identify continuous Improvement opportunities within the team and across the landscape of a client's Interactions with us
  • Monitor the health of the ticketing system for requests to be managed by the Client Maintenance team and to prioritise and complete them appropriately and within SLA
