The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your role is key in ensuring the business achieves its sales targets and growth objectives. On commencement, you will spend some time at their head office in Lake Cargelligo, in western NSW for training, after which you will be able to work remotely from home.
In this hands-on role, you will effectively reach out, connect, re-engage, and build long term quality relationships with their clients and prospects, educating them in the product range.
Key responsibilities will include:

* Engage professionally and articulately with a wide variety of business owners across multiple industry sectors
* Provide excellent support and assistance to customers via phone and email
* Update customers on the progress of their requests
* Updating the CRM and conduct follow up sales calls when quotes have been provided

What we are looking for:

* Previous customer service experience where you have assisted customers via phone and email
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; someone who thrives on providing customers with a first-rate experience
* High attention to detail and a methodical approach to working
* A team player with a vibrant, positive personality
