WOW Recruitment are looking for a Service Coordinator to join this exciting and rapidly expanding Marine Dealership and Boat Servicing business based in Mosman

This exciting opportunity will contribute to the growth of the business and play a vital role in helping drive the company’s vision of creating lifelong memories and world-class boating experiences by delivering outstanding service to their clients. This is a unique opportunity to join a market leader in the marine industry, we are looking for driven individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, you will have a passion for customer service and take pride in working towards targets.

*** $70K - $75K Base Plus Super and Bonus ***

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Manage clients’ enquiries, creating quotes and liaising with internal service departments
  • Contacting customers to confirm job bookings, job progress and seek feedback on completed jobs to ensure high standards of quality workmanship and customer service are maintained
  • Invoicing clients, including client follow-ups and ownership of the account receivable process to ensure invoices are paid on time
  • Management of parts, including orders, invoices, and coordinating returns
  • Proactively handle client enquiries
  • Upselling and cross-selling services, to clients whilst maintaining excellent levels of service 


ABOUT YOU:

  • A passion for delivering first-class customer service, dealing with high-net-worth clients, and a proven track record of working in a client-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills, high attention to details, and the ability to communicate in a client-facing role
  • Proven experience working with KPIs and deadlines
  • Don’t have actual marine experience but you know about boats and the terminology? perfect, always wanted to work with boats? even better
  • A provide and fun approach to your day, we want you to bring your best every day, you will be working with a likeminded team that strives for excellence
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
  • Previous experience creating invoices, follow-ups, and reconciling payments
