We’re growing rapidly so we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our fun and high performing team. This person will play an integral role in implementing PractiFI’s marketing plan.

In this role you’ll help coordinate and implement all marketing activities. You’ll have exposure to all the workings of a fast growing technology business and your resourcefulness will see you succeed in this role.

We are offering $100,000 + superannuation for a Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in a SaaS business.

Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis, establishing product/market positioning, analysing price points and points of differentiation, identifying USPs and marketing channels.
  • Analysing current marketing partners and agencies, identifying best partners to carry out strategic objectives, liaising with partners to drive Practifi’s marketing goals and growth.
  • Advising company owners and stakeholders on marketing best practices, educating the wider team on marketing and branding impact, executing company trainings and marketing updates.
  • Creating and managing the marketing plan, allocating resources between initiatives and setting goals against a marketing budget over $100k, checking balances and reporting performance.
  • Driving all creative artwork and collateral through our agency partners, creating briefs, ensuring branding guidelines are met, writing/approving copy and overseeing video production quality.
  • Managing conference and event logistics across the US and Australia, identifying targeted events, creating sponsorship plan, crafting communication strategy, engaging target audience.
  • Managing a junior marketing associate and ensuring their success in the business.


To successfully apply for this full-time role, you:

  • Must have proven relevant experience of 3 plus years in SaaS business.
  • Previous team management experience.
  • Will have relevant qualifications or a significant level of relevant experience (minimum Bachelor level qualification).
  • Have excellent teamwork and strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Have Passion for marketing and a strong team player.
  • Be a self-starter and highly motivated.
  • Be able to multitask within the high-pressured environment.
  • Have experience and exposure to both US, EMEA and ANZ markets.
  • Have experience with Google Analytics, Adwords, Wordpress, MS-Office Suite, Social Studio, Salesforce, Autopilot, Wordpress, Photoshop, HTML5/CSS3 and related applications.
