Our Sales Operations team are champions of the end-to-end sales process, positioning Jacobs to win and deliver world-defining projects for our clients. From guiding early pursuit activity, to coaching talented technical staff for interviews and presentations, we bring a client-centric passion and diverse work-winning skills to the challenge of growing our Jacobs business.
If you are a pursuits guru, proposal manager or bidding professional we’d like to talk to you. We are currently recruiting across Australia and New Zealand to support our clients in markets including road, rail, maritime, water, power, health, built environment and major infrastructure. Autonomy is a given, but the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines is important to being successful in this environment. Your ability to engage and build capability in distributed teams will be just as important as your pursuit coaching and proposal management experience.

Here’s What You’ll Need

You have a successful track record in guiding pursuits, managing bids and delivering winning proposals in engineering, IT, professional services or a business-to-business environment. Your skills include developing pursuit plans, bid strategy, message creation, proposal management and presentation coaching. Relationship building and strong communication are key for this role – working closely with Subject Matter Experts, Client Account Managers and Operations partners to develop winning value propositions and submissions.
