As Customer Success Manager you will nurture current enterprise and ASP customers, grow existing accounts as well as building a pipeline and growing the customer base in Oceania. This is a visible role where you will collaborate closely with the internal Sinch team and actively engage with executives to ensure they are getting the highest value from our services and products. You will mainly focused on Enterprise and ASP clients.

As our new Senior Customer Success Manager you will:

Manage current enterprise and ASP accounts and develop the business with existing customers, including finding new ways for clients to benefit from our products, solving requests, etc.Manage a portfolio of existing accounts
Formulate and continuously adapt the strategic plan for said portfolio using Sinch’s full suite of products.
Understand clients’ needs and identify new business requirements
Increasing business via value add and cross selling
Supporting management in ensuring adequate resources are available to meet opportunities and challenges in your client base
Attend industry and non-industry events
Own all processes related to the enterprise accounts and collaborate closely with internal teams (Strategists, Account Managers, Project Managers and Producers) and external partners on all aspects of delivery and growth.
Maintain an up to date understanding of the market and our competition to position Sinch’s offerings in a financially rewarding way.
Manage regular forecasting and sales activity reporting and evaluate sales against revenue/margin targets and other objectives as set by regional and global sales leadership, and take necessary steps as needed.
Whilst not core to the role you are also able to close new accounts: Own the full sales cycle, including initial contact, proposal, contract negotiation, deal closing, launch and post sales account management.

The successful candidate comfortably navigates organizations, enjoys building strong relationships and communicates with all levels with ease.

5-7 years of experience from sales within the CPaaS field (messaging, mobile).
Experience from enterprise sales in above mentioned field, working with VP and C-level executives in client organizations.
Proven track record of working towards and reaching set sales goals.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
University Degree in Business, Economics or IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in the Telecommunication space is a plus
Language: English
Ability to live and work in Sydney, Australia.
