Digital Director

The Scope of the role

As Digital Director you are responsible for delivering market leading digital strategies across your brand portfolio. You will also have responsibility for the development and coaching of junior members within your team and should have strong relationships with wider account groups, creative agency partners and media owners.

The role also encompasses:

  • Effective ownership of the relationships with senior clients and other agencies
  • The creation of digital strategy and media plans that build from the core media idea
  • Day to day project management of digital media solutions to ensure effective and efficient implementation (planning and buying)
  • Ensuring clients are kept abreast of the constantly evolving digital media marketplace
  • Leading the integration of services, communication and management with specialist business units such as Strategy, Research, Content and the digital services offered by Annalect such as Annalect Solutions (Attribution and Econometric modelling), Annalect Consulting, Resolution (SEM, SEO, Analytics, Design, Web Dev and CRO), and Programmatic.
  • Ensuring a seamless communication with your team and your clients regarding digital campaigns and opportunities. This includes research, strategy, implementation and trading, alongside the overarching responsibility for the output of SBUs.
  • Retain and develop business through demonstrating a real understanding of a client's business and delivering a service that is both effective and compelling.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • 6+ years relevant media experience in a media agency
  • Strategic knowledge of key technology and data used by clients (ad server, ad verification, DSP, DMP etc).
  • Expert level understanding of all digital media technology, with the ability to train internal and external media peers on relevant concepts, including running MFA training modules
  • Insight and media strategy involvement
  • Knowledge of all media and media owners

Salary Package: $90,000-$105,000
